Nice to meet you! Welcome to my place in cyberpace….

I’m thankful that you’ve made it here and hope you find encouragement in your faith.

My life’s work has been to pastor people and congregations toward greater knowledge of and love for our triune God. This site is meant to continue that work.

The Texodus

This blog’s name is made up but a personal reminder that God has brought us to reside in a place that is not, ultimately, home. Our physical relocation served to remind me that our times and seasons at present are, like those of the children of Israel, a time of wandering in a wilderness, awaiting our call to the great “Promised Land.” My posts are thoughts about living as followers of our forerunner, Jesus, on the journey home.
